Digital Subscription Services

All DGUI-HyperMem plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Since the service is digital and delivered immediately upon payment, the following refund policy applies:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your DGUI-HyperMem subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the DeckerGUI project page with your subscription email and reason for refund. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Partial month refunds after 30 days of service
• Enterprise custom deployments (negotiated separately)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for cancellation mid-cycle after the 30-day window.
